It is the ideal solution for groups of friends, families and anyone looking for maximum relaxation, tranquility but in an exclusive, elegant context with unique refinement of details.
Portinale 8 is an ancient and typical Piedmontese farmhouse from the late 19th century located in the municipality of Alba, capital of the Langhe, on the very first hill, along the panoramic road of Antiche Serre and just 15 minutes walk from the historic center of the city.
The property has been totally renovated with finishes of the highest quality, in full respect of tradition, with all the comforts that a modern home requires but with a nod to the Italian design of the last century. A true jewel in the magical Langhe!
Internally and externally our guests will live a unique experience of its kind: surrounded by vineyards, with a magnificent view of the hills, in the name of maximum relaxation and the "Dolce Vita"!
The house, arranged on two levels (ground floor and first floor), has been structured to comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests and each room has been designed for maximum independence and privacy.

Our guests will have 3 independent units each with separate access, 2 of which also have a kitchen.
- the first unit with access from the ground floor is composed of:
a large kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for your dinners and lunches. air conditioning.
A large lounge with relaxation area and relaxing leather sofas, air conditioning.
In the living area there is a 160cm×190cm sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 1 or 2 guests.

From the living room you access the sleeping area (via internal stairs) where we find:
-a first splendid bedroom with double bed (160x190), walk-in wardrobe, a study corner with art deco desk, smart TV, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with window with large walk-in shower, toilet and bidet.
-a second elegant bedroom with kingsize bed (180cmx200cm), large walk-in wardrobe, access to a panoramic balcony, study corner desk for smart working equipped with printer, smart TV, air conditioning

On the first floor of the house, with access via external stairs and an independent entrance, we find the 2 magnificent rooms: "Marisa" suite and "Franco" room.
-Suite "Marisa" is a magnificent room with a panoramic view consisting of a double bed, smart TV, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with maxi shower, toilet and bidet; minibar, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with pods and selection of coffees.

- "Franco" room is a large studio with fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, double bed, smart TV, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with large shower, toilet and bidet, access to the panoramic balcony.

Our guests will be able to enjoy the magnificent garden with lawn and permanent sculptures, sip wine while enjoying the view from the hanging terrace or relax in the magnificent jacuzzi (8 max people heated in the autumn/spring period).
And where to have an aperitif? In the exclusive patio with windows, decorated with beautiful vintage prints and with a large table and chairs for 10 people, the patio also has a service bathroom.
In the garden there is also a barbecue corner, with a maxi professional Australian gas grill: ideal for meat lovers!
On the ground floor the house has a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
