Also, wo fange ich an. Unfreundliches Personal, arbeiten launenabhängig. Wir haben anfangs falsch gebucht, aber das war denen sowas von egal. Najah, abgesehen davon : Wir sind in der Unterkunft angekommen haben erstmal den comfort caravan bekommen, ich den Herr angerufen und ihm alle „Beweise“ geschickt das wir die Deluxe Version gebucht haben - wobei ich mich frage warum er überhaupt Beweise braucht und nicht einfach in seinem System nachschaut - najah hin her haben es nach langer Diskussion dann auch bekommen. Dort angekommen roh der komplette caravan nach Zigaretten. Es gab 2 Klimaanlagen eine war sehr effektiv aber hat gestunken und die zweite funktioniert nur mit einem Ventilator zusammen 😂 Toiletten stinken extrem. Der Deckel damit man den Abfluss quasi schließt war einfach nicht mehr vorhanden, sprich sobald irgendwo jemand auf Toilette war stank der ganze caravan, bzw sobald man die Toilette Tür aufmachte. Toilettenpapier nur 2 halbe Rollen, Putzfrau kam nach 3D Es gab keine Einweisung nichts. Self Check-in meinen die komplett ernst. Für alle Leute die zum ersten Mal in einem caravan sind, verbringen erstmal 1 std damit überhaupt zu verstehen wie denn alles funktioniert. Es gab einen Herd, aber keine Töpfe oder Pfannen, warmes Wasser kommt nach 5 min Ablauf (Umwelt ?) und von den wenig bis fast keine Parkmöglichkeiten spreche ich erst gar nicht. Für uns war es auf jeden Fall eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Wir sind 4 Nächte geblieben und das war viel zu lange.
