Villa Rika will allow dreams to be realised and ensure long lasting memories of a beautiful and relaxing holiday in a pretty and traditional Greek town.

The Space:
Villa Rika is part of a unique sea side project named “Olive Stone Villas” and is located top row therefore providing stunning views of both mountains and the blue waters of the Ionian Sea.
Created in two parts, the main villa consisting of the master bedroom, kitchen and lounge, a further two guest bedrooms are divided from the villa by a decked external living area making a perfect family villa.
The lounge and kitchen also have stunning views as the entire side facing the sea is glass, with doors that open out to the external areas and the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with the all the essentials required, coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The lounge offers seating where you can watch the sunrise and dream of the day ahead, read a book or watch the latest films on the 50" TV. A teak dining table is placed to give optimum views of the outer areas.
Master en-Suite Bedroom. Full length glass doors open out to showcase the incredible views of Lefkada, Paleros and the small Ionian Islands. A. large double bed and a cocomat mattress ensures the best sleep you can experience leaving you totally rejuvenated from the hustle of everyday life. A separate W.C, rainshower and stone wash basin complete the bedroom. Built in wardrobes give plenty of storage space and a desk area is large enough for a laptop and general items.
The two guest bedrooms are across from the main villa. One room has a double bed, the other has 2 singles, both with coco mat mattresses, rain shower, plenty of storage space and a well-lit alcove with a shelf suitable for laptops. The bedrooms are joined by an area that consists of a W.C and two stone wash basins. Please note that these are not connected internally with the main villa.
The external area is very spacious Enjoying the unique Greek cuisine served with a glass of chilled ouzo with your company gathered around the large, shaded external dining table is an unforgettable and unique al fresco dining memory.
An inviting pool offers a cooling experience out of the midday sun, or alternatively, for the sun lovers, four teak sunbeds surround the pool enabling the holiday tan to be achieved whilst reading a good book or drinking an ice cold drink.
A beautiful garden has been planted with Oleanders and other traditional Greek plants and herbs, giving the ultimate feeling of being in beautiful and traditional Greece.
This villa is a NON smoking villa.

The Neighborhood:
Paleros, a picturesque town located on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking backdrop of beautiful and serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to sandy beaches. The town with many bars and tavernas are within walking distance. The most popular spot is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht club that provides all day entertainment and offers sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under whilst enjoying an ice cold beverage from the large variety of cocktails that they offer or to dine on the delicious Greek cuisine chosen from an extremely modern and tasty menu.
Villa Mare offers an excellent base to be able to explore the neighbouring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous Scorpios island. We thoroughly recommend our rib boat day cruise around the many Ionian Islands as it offers an amazing insight to the many beauties of Greece that are often overlooked. This can be booked with us at any time.

Getting Around:
The town of Paleros is within walking distance along the seafront so a car is only necessary if guests want to explore further out
