Do not go here. I put my bags in the bathtub overnight. A warning from the fire department was required to be posted in the lobby. Furniture was carved by prior persons. Rust on radiators and water stains on ceiling. I assume that *friendly* persons related to the owners are posting perfect ten ratings and expedia is doing nothing to check the situation out.

It took a while to get checked in as I was late. The lobby and stairs needed cleaning but the room was very clean and had everything I needed, microwave and small kitchenette. Air con was noisy but did the job. Good value for the money.

Based on previous reviews, I knew this one was going to be challenging. The alternatives in the area were triple the price. Older but very well functioning. Newer digital key fob door lock. Quiet neighbors. A few long term. At this price I would stay again.

Lobby was dirty. Check was slow. Should have clued in when we walked into the stinky room and saw a posted sign saying you have 10 minutes to get a refund if you dont want to stay. I had vanilla spray which eliminated some of the smell in the room and carpet. The carpet was FILTHY and sticky. I wore my sandals at all times. At 1:50 AM the fire alarm went off. An 9ish old girl burned Pizza Rolls and we had to leave the building for about 10 minutes for fire dept. check. The beds were tolerable. The shower had hot water but the condition of the rooms were bad. Refrig was cold. Freezer was caked with ice. Couldnt wait to get out of there the next morning!

Room was in bad shape. Sheets were clean, but there were lots of missing paint, cracks, stains on the walls, stickiness on some of the furniture, looks like there's been no investment in the property for many years. I guess for $50 it's ok, but I'd just spend the extra 20-30 bucks and stay in a better place.
