Hotel was clean and the room was very spacious. But the front desk staff on the late shift was rude. Room didn’t have bedding or pillows for the sofa bed. When we asked for the front desk person she acted like it’s not their problem. I probably would not go to this place again.

Hotel has a very nice lobby . Breakfast was decent. Our room was nice but all kinds of white paint or plaster splattered on blue wall. Curtains don’t close so bright lights shone in. Bathtub was missing some porcelain. Not the cleanest room - fridge had spills in it.

We had a reservation for 6 people. Checked in very late after a long drive. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and Only two towels were provided for us. When we asked for bedding, we were given sheets with an old and worn blanket that did not look clean and like it needed to be thrown out. The mattress cover on the couch bed was very dirty/unwashed, and the mattress underneath was very soiled. Bathroom in the lobby was very dirty. Breakfast was not hot and they seemed low on supplies and food. This was not the stay we expected, as we have been in many Homewood Suites and usually have a great experience.

Best hotel stay ever
This was a spur of the moment stay due to issues with our plumbing at home. This turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere. Wish we had more money to stay another night. Room was much more than i expected when walking it. It was beautiful and the bed was absolutely amazing!
