Très bon rapport qualité prix. L'hôte à été à notre écoute malgré notre arrivee tardive à aéroports d'Ajaccio. L'immeuble est très bien situé. Un peu bruyant rien d'étonnant vu l'âge de la bâtisse mais rien de redibitoire.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr sehr nett. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Bel appartement dommage pour l'emplacement !
La photo de l'annonce nous suggère d'imaginer l'appartement dans cette rue. Ce n'est pas du tout la réalité. L'appartement se situe dans une rue parallèle beaucoup moins charmante et beaucoup moins calme que l'on ne pourrait l'imaginer. La rue est très bruyante, même la nuit et elle se situe à proximité d'un hôpital doté d'un héliport (très proche car on a parfois l'impression que l'hélico est dans l'appartement !) C'est dommage ! Le propriétaire devrait préciser dans l'annonce que l'appartement est situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur ! Sinon l'appartement est propre et bien équipé. Nous n'étions pas les uns sur les autres, il est bien grand pour quatre personnes.En revanche un ou deux ventilateurs n'auraient pas été de trop vue la chaleur ; appartement non climatisé mais pas équipé de ventilateurs donc nous laissions les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit mais avec le bruit extérieur il était possible de dormir de 1h à 5h30 du matin.
