↬ Public boat launch at Shute Harbour 1 min drive away.
↬ Fishing at the Shute Harbour pontoon is only a short walk away.
↬ Airlie Beach is about 10min drive/bus to Airlie's Main Street & Lagoon, and enjoy the famous waterfront boardwalk (Bicentennial Walk it's called, we highly recommend guests to do this walk, just stunning views and you can have breakfast or lunch along the way.)

We supply a complimentary starter kit for your stay, comprising of coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, just to make your stay even easier.

↬ The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.
TENANTS: All guest must be (over 21 years of age to book and or stay).
No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum
2 guests allowed on this property ADULTS ONLY.
NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE.
PARKING: is available on street.
GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden.
PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.
KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.
SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.
TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.

↬ The front door does self lock so please make sure you take your keys with you please do not leave the key in the back of the door, so you don't lock yourself out.
↬ The cockatoos will come inside if doors are left open and food left out, we suggest not to feed these birds on the balcony.
↬ In North Queensland we have bugs that can fly into the unit.

Beautiful view and peaceful location
Lovely private location away from all - only a few other guests to contend with - not an entire village! You will need a car or be willing to carry your bags up the hill from the bus stop. The room was lovely and had the necessities in cooking equipment.

Perfect location
This property was in the perfect location… Far enough out from the town, but only a few hundred meters from the Harbour where all the activity left from. The public transportation is fantastic and so was the hospitality. We would stay again!!

very disappointed and saddened by lack of care
Did we enjoy our stay? Well, we were certainly looking forward to it. Unfortunately, events conspired against us. Specifically, Covid 19. That meant we had to abandon our plans and return home just a few days into our trip, but well before we actually arrived at Shute Harbour. We never actually got within cooee of there. We didn’t just fail to show up, though. No. We gave the venue, and Stayz, plenty of notice that we weren’t coming. And the reason. Their reaction? “Oh dear, how sad.” The venue was really quite sincere in their commiseration. Stayz, on the other hand, plainly didn’t give even a good old-fashioned tinker’s cuss. Did they refund our money? No. Not one, red cent. Did they offer to let us re-book at a later date? They did not. Maybe that’s the way it is in the wonderful world of Covid. Whatever, we will not be hurrying back to do business with Stayz any time soon. Their sort of avaricious, couldn’t-care-less attitude to doing business brings not only Stayz but also the entire industry into disrepute. Caveat emptor, I guess.

Serenity , beautiful location. But you need to get a tactic to town food tours. No shops close by. Don’t forget to get breakfast bread butter spread before you move in. Long way back to shop

Photos do not do this place justice! It was absolutely breath taking and well worth it! Only issue was Cabs but there’s a bus stop down the road and Darrons Party Bus did pick ups in the area 👌🏼
