The Space:
Discover Endless Summers, a stylish 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom estate designed for relaxation and fun. This two-level home features a private pool, a spacious outdoor terrace with a BBQ, and beautifully designed modern interiors. The first level offers comfortable living spaces with AC, while all bedrooms are on the second level for added privacy. Conveniently located near top restaurants and a short drive from fantastic beaches, such as Punta Borinquen Beach, Survival Beach, Surfers Beach and Jobos. This is the perfect retreat for families and friends.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a quiet residential community, and all regulations must be followed. Maximum occupancy is 7 guests (including visitors) at all times. Exceeding this limit may result in cancellation or removal. Please drive 5 MPH within the community. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM—keep noise levels low to respect neighbors. Your cooperation ensures a pleasant stay for everyone.
PRICING NOTE: We have increased the rate starting May 13th, 2025 as the unit will no longer be available for short term rentals. This is done to avoid reservations for those dates. If you have any questions, please let us know.
SECURITY CAMERAS DISCLAIMER: Endless Summers has a security camera system on the exterior of the property. It consists of two security cameras: one that faces the front of the property (towards the driveway) and one that faces the patio (towards the pool).
LIVING AREA
Endless Summers offers modern open spaces designed for comfort and style. The living room has a cozy L-shaped sofa, while the dining area features a glass-top table with seating for eight. The modern kitchen includes a spacious island with three barstools. A separate family room with a large flat-screen TV and sliding doors opens to the outdoor terrace, creating a perfect space to relax and entertain.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Step outside to enjoy the private pool, perfect for cooling off under the sun. The outdoor area features a round dining table, comfortable seating, and lounge chairs for sunbathing. Fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy alfresco dining in this relaxing outdoor retreat.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably.

All bedrooms provide maximum comfort with TVs, blackout curtains, and air conditioning, ensuring a restful stay for everyone!
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.

GETTING AROUND
Renting a car is a must when staying in Aguadilla. There are many activities within a 15 minutes driving distance and the roads are easy to navigate. The property includes parking for to 2 vehicles.

Situated just a short 5-minute drive from the beach, this home offers easy access to Aguadilla’s beautiful coastline. You’ll also find a variety of excellent dining options within a quick drive, allowing you to experience the best of Puerto Rican cuisine. Whether you’re here to relax by the pool or explore the local area, this property is the perfect home base for your stay.
Aguadilla is a coastal municipality right at the northwest point of the island attracting tourists all year round for its surfing beaches, scenic sunsets and nearby points of interest on the west coast.
There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites, all within a short driving distance:
Enjoy amazing beaches; which are certainly the main attraction for both tourists and locals: Surfer's Beach, Crash Boat, Peña Blanca, Rompeolas, just to name a few.
Brunch at Mona. Mona is by far the most popular brunch in Aguadilla.
Dine at Cinco Restaurant which offers a stylish dining experience with a fusion of international and Puerto Rican cuisine, featuring expertly crafted dishes, creative cocktails, and a modern ambiance.
Capture some great social media-worthy photos in “Casas de Colores”. A macro-mural made up of residences in the community known as “Cerro Cabrera”.
Explore the prime culinary nightlife on road 110. There is a large assortment of bars and restaurants on this strip which is a favorite among locals on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Have some fun at Punta Borinquen Golf Course. It offers a driving range and practice green with reasonable fees.
Get lucky at Ocean Casino just a short 8-10-min drive away! It offers an exciting gaming experience with thrilling slots, classic table games, and a lively atmosphere—all just steps from the beach!
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase. Disclaimer: we are not associated with any travel insurance companies.
AMENITIES
West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler.
West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
HOUSE RULES
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.
Building quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise levels down during these hours out of respect to the neighbors.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
