Very dirty and no hot water for most of the day. Room windows not built to today's standards, could hear traffic noice all day and night. Staffs at hotel do not know the meaning of service.

My booking (fully paid) was for 2 adults + 1 child. When I reached the hotel, a shock to see that hotel staff was showing me records with booking for 2 adults only and told me that I will be charged extra for the child. I was asked to call support team of Hotels.com. I spoke to customer care of Hotels.com, finally it was decided that I have to pay extra which will be refunded to me by Hotels.com once I share the receipt with them. I agreed. . This all happened during check-in. Check-in took 30 minutes.
At the time of check-out, as decided I was expecting that I have to pay the extra charge. However, I was asked by receptionist to pay complete bill as she did not have information about pre-payment I did during the booking. I asked her to call property manager and talk to him for the case. She was very lazy in doing her job. Finally she agreed that I should pay extra charge only after property manager convinced her. Now at the time of payment, I was told that their swipe machine is not working and I should pay cash...if I don't have cash, I should go to ATM and withdraw. I insisted to swipe the card. Finally, card was swiped successfully. Now, obviously I will expect a receipt for the extra payment done. I was told that they cannot give receipt/bill. I insisted, and they agreed to give a receiving on plain A4 sheet. I pushed, they agreed email the bill as their system is not working because pending bills have to be entered....cannot write more here due to word limit.
I booked this hotel, when we went to the hotel they looked at us in a very strange way. After few minutes they said we are over booked and we will have offer you another one, we had no choice but to take the other. Very unclean. No towels. Durty. No breakfasts as described. Was far than the one we selected and the list go's on and on.
Stay was cool.. At 10:30p they knocked on my door wanting to see my US Passport an additional time. Tjat wasn't cool. They said they needed to see it because it didn't have the city of my birth, on my the state of my birth.
Appena arrivata, alla reception non capivo le ragazze e anziché aiutarmi, ridevano e la cosa è stata veramente antipatica. Non avevano la mia prenotazione, ho dovuto dimostrare di averla. La camera era brutta, non come la foto. Non c’era una finestra. Per un giorno intero non è andato wi-fi. La colazione è pessima. Le pulizie giornaliere in camera non vengono fatte. Le lenzuola non erano cambiate. Non c’e ristorante in hotel, ti mandano in quello accanto. Alla fine del soggiorno, mi hanno fatto compilare il gradimento, quando hanno visto che era negativo, l’hanno strappato. E per chiudere in bellezza.. mi hanno richiesto il pagamento alla fine del soggiorno (ovviamente avevo già pagato!)
