The villa has a spacious 92 m² swimming pool with automatic lighting, poolside shower, 12 sunbeds, 6 umbrellas, and pool towels. There are two BBQ zones featuring both gas and charcoal barbecues, BBQ utensils, and ample space for grilling. The outdoor dining area, shaded by a pergola, can comfortably seat 12 guests, and there are multiple seating areas with sofas and armchairs for relaxation. A shared terrace between the two houses features fitness equipment such as a stationary bike, elliptical machine, gym bench, and dumbbells. Additional amenities include an outdoor sink, BBQ rack, meat/fish cages, and cupboards for plates and outdoor dining.

Villa Acquarella consists of two identical houses, each offering open-plan living areas, fully equipped kitchens, spacious bedrooms, and modern bathrooms.

In House 1, the ground floor includes a living room with a 45” Smart TV, A/C, a standard sofa, and a cozy fireplace, with large patio doors leading to a terrace with direct access to the garden, pool, and BBQ area. The fully stocked kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a full-size dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, and espresso machine. The dining area seats 6 people. The ground floor also has a cozy bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), A/C, a 32” TV, wardrobe, and mountain and sea views. On the first floor, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, wardrobe with safe, A/C, a 32” Smart TV, dressing table, and private shower. A large balcony door opens to a shared terrace with stunning sea views. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed (two 0.80m beds connected), a wardrobe, A/C, and a 32” TV with mountain and sea views. There is also a full bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and cabinet.

In House 2, the layout is similar to House 1. The ground floor includes a living room with a 45” Smart TV, A/C, and a fully equipped kitchen, with a smaller 45 cm dishwasher (no microwave). There is also a cozy bedroom with 2 single beds, A/C, and a 32” TV offering views of the mountains and sea. A half-bathroom is located on the ground floor. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, safe, A/C, 32” TV, and private shower. Bedroom 2 has the same king-size bed configuration as House 1, with a wardrobe, A/C, and a 32” TV. A full bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and storage completes the floor.

The villa also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, accessible via the back terrace. A shared outdoor terrace between the two houses offers ample seating and fitness gear.

Throughout the villa, you'll find air conditioning for a cool and comfortable environment, along with 45” Smart TVs in the living rooms and 32” Smart TVs in the bedrooms. For entertainment, there are board games (Cards, Jenga, Chess, UNO, Backgammon) and a Bluetooth speaker for indoor and outdoor fun.
