Warm welcome upon arrival and was granted an early access to room. This hotel is located just outside of the crowds but close enough to walk to the main shopping street and foodie streets. This is my second time staying here and if to return to Adelaide would stay again.

Firstly, staff are great - friendly and customer focussed. Hotel is new and the rooms are stunning - great value for money. Thai restaurant next door (Von Thai), is an absolute must for dinner one night! Car parking in the street behind, but is well priced ($25 per night) and in a secure shed with garage door that public cannot access.

Terrible stay. Arrogant staff member Samuel on checking in. Room has a concrete ceiling, feels like a jail cell. Stains on floor which could easily be cleaned. Every tiny bit of movement on your floor reverberates through your room.

Great property, very modern and buzzing. However I forgot to check parking before booking (they add $25 a night for offsite parking in a shed in the back street) which is a shame otherwise it would have been perfect. There were also a few other slight imperfections with the bathroom but they were outweighed be the good things.
