Located 17 floors high, city living has never been so serene and you’ll be guaranteed a peaceful night’s sleep on our luxurious queen size pillow-top mattresses. Both bedrooms are spacious and include mirrored built in wardrobes, while the huge master bedroom is privy to its very own ensuite bathroom fitted with a hot tub bath and walk in shower. The apartment is equipped with a hidden away washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Be sure to make full use of those amazing communal areas including the pool, sauna, and gym!

Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare the apartment to impeccable standard.

We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.

As a self-contained apartment, keys are accessed through a contactless method through a lockbox onsite. Check-in is any time after 2pm and by following the directions in our guidebook, you are free to help yourself!

If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access up to two designated car parks within the building for $15 per day per space.

Please be aware that this apartment building complex is a mixed residential/student/short-term accommodation use building. Students, professionals, and guests like yourself reside in the building.

Kindly note that due to the apartment’s central location, guests do experience noise at night. For light sleepers who are booking specifically Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays, please contact us for advise on which other apartment of ours is available. We do provide earplugs to help.

All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.

There are two queen size beds, the third bed is a double size fold out couch set up in the living room.

Great position, but noisy on weekends
Stayed here with friends for the Supercars. Very convenient location. Spacious and well fitted out. Only down side was the noise. Friday - Sunday nights were incredibly noisy, up to 3am. If you are a light sleeper, I suggest a mid week stay. Otherwise great location and value for money
