Beautiful grounds. The rooms were clean and spacious but a bit dated. We were given a free wine tasting but the manager there was very aloof and not very friendly. We did not feel very comfortable in her presence.The young man staff member was better and very informative

Great restaurant, comfortable room, not happy to pay $25 extra to have single beds for my sister and I. Our parents were paying for us to have special time together as my sister lives in the UK.

The road that takes you into Serafino is in awful condition pot holes everywhere the rooms need a makeover and a microwave they provide plates and bowls but nothing to heat up anything.

Serafino rooms were very spacious, lovely bath and comfy bed. The degustation experience was amazing, I just could not drink all the wine as you had a full glass per course.

The whole experience at the Serafino winery was perfect. Service was fantastic the rooms were very clean. Great place to stay and the food was fantastic.

Great location, good room, average service.
Great location in lovely garden surrounds and close to any number of wineries for some keen sampling. The room was spacious and very clean although the bathroom was a bit dated and the shower-over-bath wouldn't suit everyone. Disappointingly we were rushed through a tasting even though there was still 15 minutes to "closing time" and we were guests at the facility??

Large rooms, a bit tired- service could be better
Really clean room, which was quite large but very tired. We were very disappointed that the advertised restaurant was not open on Monday or Tuesday. One would have thought that a property that advertises on Hotels.com as 4 star, would at least have a cafe open for guests. The smell that assaulted the guests for our stay was horrendous- apparently some fertilising was done close by using chook manure and the horrible smell lasted our whole visit. The reception staff knew nothing about the smell until the guests complained, and no apology was given just a comment that they didn't know it was going to happen. "but it happens every year". (???)
