Welcome to the cozy Beach Home in a Victorian cottage. It is a stylish holiday home with complete facilities and located on a quiet street with friendly neighborhoods. Just a quick 2-minute walking to the beach, only a short stroll from Largs Bay Jetty. A few minutes drive to Semaphore, Port Adelaide, Outer Harbour. The bus and train station to Adelaide city are located within walking distance, making this an ideal location for a family or group of friends looking for a comfortable holiday home.
The Space:
The Beach Home is in the front of a house totally separated from the back. You have your own independent front yard.
There are two bedrooms, one lounge, one bathroom, and one living area with a kitchen and dining.
The two bedrooms are fully finished with queen-sized beds and soft freshly laundered linen. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your own food, and there is a dining table with 6 seats. The lounge has a fireplace and 70-inch Netflix TV a recliner couch and a sofa bed of a full-size single bed.
Therefore the maximum sleeping capacity is 5. Perfect for staying with family or a group of friends.
Additionally, there are baby items like a full-size cot, child-dining chair, and bathtub in the home. Complimentary coffee, sugar, tea, and more are provided. there are comfortable seats and swings outdoors for relaxation.
Start your day with a nice cup of coffee on the front porch, feeling the fresh sea breeze. Swim in the sea or just relax on the beach, soaking up the sun. Watch folks fishing and crabbing on the jetty. In the evening, stroll along the beach, and enjoy a stunning sunset over the sea.

There is free street parking at the front of the house. Please do not parking on the driveway. Thanks for your understanding.
The Neighborhood:
Largs North is bounded to the north by the suburb of Taperoo at Strathfield Terrace, to the south by the suburb of Largs Bay at Walcot and Warwick Streets and in the west and east by Gulf St Vincent and the suburb of Port Adelaide with the boundary in the middle of the Port River respectively.

*5 mins drive to Semaphore where you can explore all fabulous shops and cafes.
*10 mins drive to Port Adelaide where you can explore the museums toot take kids out with a cruiser to see dolphins.
Transportation:
Train station and bus stop are all nearby. 200m to bus station and 400m to train station. It takes 30 mins to Adelaide CBD by train.

After making a reservation, you might be requested to provide identification. This important measure is in place to maintain a secure environment and ensure that all guests meet our age verification requirements. As part of our policy, we cannot rent our rooms to individuals below a certain age or to someone using a different name.
Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform us. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns ASAP.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
