The room was clean and comfortable. I reported that the Wifi didn’t work for our 2-3 day stay, and the Safe Box didn't work either. Plus, the iron although it worked perfectly, leaked water onto the carpet. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

What great place to stay, lovely part of the city. The place, location and amenities from the hotel, are great. I reckon, that is is good, if in reception, tell us a bit more about the facilities, very simple like, the spare bed is ready, it is in the sofa,.....or the internet requires to open a browser,...they are few things that are simple , bot not straight forward for my, teen age daughter. What a place looking forward to stay again in the future.

I got two phone calls regarding my stay before hand and i asked for parking both times then when i had to go and pick the key up at another location they had a not saying i needed parking but there was no fob there for me to use the parking!

Majestic Lion was always my go-to for work trips to Adelaide pre-pandemic, but i've since not stayed for ~5 years. Whilst lovely grounds and looks great from the outside, it is starting to feel a little dated in the room - same room I stayed in previously - and the cleanliness was questionable (toilet had dried urine from prior guest, odour from the bathroom drain). I'm back in ADL again before end of year but have changed my booking. It is still a great spot, and they provide some great rates, but i've opted to upgrade for the next stay.

Everything is good except the kitchen. Kitchen light is very dim. Electrical Stove take forever to cook. Only can cook very simple food. Although many kitchen cabinets n relatively big fridge provided, useless because the stove is hopeless n is like cooking in the dark cave.

The staff were fantastic and friendly detailed instructions for late check in and options provided. The apartment itself was clean and well presented how ever some of the amenities where severely outdated, three power points where not operational and all found right behind the main bed head for hard access. The bathroom shower is very bad minimal water out out and the toilet very cramped. Overall the stay was great but needs some tlc
