Beach side holiday apartment

This lovely holiday 2 bedrooms unit located 200 meter from beach. There is a new upgraded playground nearby. 10Mins walk to semaphore road and bus can take you to west lakes shopping centre. There is a local cafe on the ground floor . Host family live on the ground floor and it's easy to contact if you need them to help.

Guests are able to access backyard common area.

There are another two units located on the same floor and the neighbours are nice and quiet. Guests will share the laundry with other neighbours but guests have own washing machine.

The bus stop is 2 mins walking distance from the unit. Bus can take you to westlakes shopping centre and city centre.

The direction to the unit: 20 metres from the roundabout of bower road and military road, turn into the second drive way before " Fort Cafe". Guests' car can be parked on the carport with "3" label. Follow the stairs and the unit is on the second floor, right hand side with "3" above the door.

Location fabulous Road system easy access to all of Adelaide
Undercover parking, very clean accommodation, comfy beds, airconditioner worked - it was very hot in Adelaide at the time, great deli and breakfast menu underneath accommodation.The beach is very short walking distance from accommodation and one can walk up the beach path or street to dine/grocery shop/pubs etc easily.Semaphore is a very trendy area.

Great Property
Ideally situated above a cafe serving wonderful food and ran by the same property manager as the apartment. Nothing is too much trouble. The apartment itself was spacious, well equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher (not that we used it)! Plenty of hot water, shower had good water pressure and there were laundry facilities on the same level, also an excellent wifi signal. There's a large flat screen TV on the wall but we never turned that on. We stayed for 6 weeks in total and had a couple of minor issues (light bulb blown) and these were dealt with the same day they were reported. I cannot fault the apartment in any way, highly recommend it to anyone and would certainly try to book here first, should we be lucky enough to visit Australia again in the future.

Family catch up in Adelaide
The property suited our needs perfectly. Great location. Close to the beach. Train just 20 min walk away. The apartment is above the cafe which is also a great place to have breakfast.

Clean and good location
House above a fish and chip shop, but didn't smell. Unfortunately as they open super early, people were arriving very early to the premises so I had quite disrupted sleep. If you're a heavy sleeper, should be fine. No traffic noise.

We stay 8 nights, apon arrival property manager welcomed us to our room. Where it was clean fresh and offered above and beyond what was expected. Clean tiday and spacious. The property manager and the Cafe which was also part of business the cafe manager was amazing at coffees and breakfast purchases. Overall i would highly recommend this as a fitting stay for familes singles friends nice quiet space for all. Affordability and friendliness at its finest.
