It was walking distance to Botanic Gardens, the City centre and Elder Park/Torrens river. Unfortunately the car parks are very tight

Large room with king bed was comfortable. No late dining options. No in house dining options. Room whilst clean needs an overall refresh. Bathroom ventilation blocked. TV remote not fullly functional. Pool area very uninviting and fence is unsafe due to cars parked against it.
