Unfortunately the gate into and out of the property did not open when I and others used our cards to scan it. I was stuck on the outside while a number of other guests were stuck on the inside. Sadly one couple missed an appointment at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. We could not contact anyone to help until the reception opened at 9.00am. Very frustrating and disappointing

Definitely the best value hotel in Adelaide. I stay every week 2/3 days tried numerous others in the area and city. This is by far the best. Cleanliness is exceptional. Service and smiley faces is authentic and sincere. Definitely best value for money, you won’t find a more comfortable bed and pillows with a generous size room.
