OK for the rate charged
There is no reception. You get an sms message giving you codes for front and room doors. Room was OK but at one stage could not get electrics to work. I rang the number given for emergency contacts and they fixed it remotely very quickly. The rooms are above a Fasta Pasta shop not in the hotel itself. The hotel serves good pub meals but not breakfast. There are Pokies there to amuse you. (at a cost!!!! ). Location is good----close to CBD--- and view from window was pleasant overlooking a park.

All was good at the property that is very clean and the room was very spacious. The windows has a gap and gets very cold at night. The aircon doesn't work. It was set at 31 degrees and it was freezing cold. Room was 210.

Room we were initially given (#212) felt like a torture chamber/house of horrors: Ill-fitted curtains not blocking out sun, broken toilet seat, AC on its last leg (room felt stuffy on hot days, mild at best), shoddy paint job, smashed wardrobe mirror in one corner, frequent loud noises (from AC?) in the middle of the night. Balcony rotted out, in disrepair & off-limits! Online photos questionable. No reception/physical presence allows management to hide, and be mean, rude, shirk responsibility, avoid addressing defects, shun valid queries/genuine concerns, bully paying patrons. Hours on the phone (to a coarse, rude woman) later, we're reluctantly switched to a better room. Please, stay elsewhere.
