Shade Tree Cottage is a perfect cozy cottage to make you feel right at home. This 1950 home was remodeled five years ago. It sits less than 10 minutes from Barnsley Garden Resort, 2 miles from Hwy 75 and 45 min south of Chattanooga TN and 45 min north of Atlanta and just north of Lakepoint Sports. Sleeps up to 8 people. Fold out queen sofa as well as 2 other queens and a set of pine bunk beds. Tree branch curtain rods, wood bar with tree branch leg, saloon doors, barn door in the hallway. We hope you enjoy your stay.
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Adairsville Rail Depot Age of Steam Museum. A washer is available in the cottage.

Disappointed
With an 18th month old grandchild, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. Cupcake, cracker and Reese wrappers were found in the bunk room and the back bedroom. The floors were filthy. Hair all over the bathroom molding. Broken glass was on the floor in the kitchen that I happened to step in (thank goodness I had shoes on). After contacting the Host, she said she actually cleaned the property and it was immaculate. We took pictures but there’s no way to upload them.
