This property left a bitter taste on my trip The manager is rude and unkind, he also swindles momey from.people Example even though the property listed shated kitchen as part of its amenities, the manager asked.us to pay 20 cedis.to use the kitchen.

Three Horrible Nights at NAP Lodge
My stay was horrible to say the least. It is more of a detention facility than hotel. The facility has one dirty staff by name Mohammed. He was the receptionist, security guard, chef, housekeeper, laundryman, manager, accountant etc. He worked all shifts for the 3 days non stop. The owner of the facility must be a slave driver for callously making a man work for straight 72 hours with no brake. If you are about to book an accommodation online, please do not believe their bogus claims online. THEY ARE FALSE. I believed their claims and paid upfront for 3 days stay only to realize that it was all scam. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel the booking because of hotels.com policy of no refunds and I was not ready to forgo the overpriced amount I paid for the facility. I endured hell. NAP Lodge is situated in an obscure part of Dansuman directly opposite a mechanic workshop and a Pentecostal church that keep the neighborhood noisy. Whenever we were in the compound, I never let my kids come out because of a black poorly fed dog kept at the backyard. The toilets and bathrooms are makeshift attachments hurriedly fitted to the rooms. They have neither windows nor air extractors so the stench from the septic tank flows back into the rooms. Mohammed emptied several packs of camphor balls everywhere in the rooms to mask the stench. I leave you to guess the quality of food prepared by Mohammed. I enjoyed my stay in Ghana but the three nights at NAP Lodge were nightmarish

Great place
Awesome stafff. Very friendly environment. The only bad thing I experienced was the water pressure. It wasn’t the best. For the price I give it big thumbs up. I would definitely go back anytime any day. The greatest experience was I paid less in fares because of where the guest house is located. Cleaning was great, my things were secured. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Accra looking for affordable and comfortable place to lodge.

VERY rude service and Paranoid
**What a Horrible experience** I can only imagine.... If we had been guilty as charged So traveling overseas on a budget requires some compromise at some point. But this is ridiculous I have been on a working holiday touring the country for the last few weeks and as we moved around my classmate friend and we would book a room at various locations as needed. With a booking reference, it's never been an issue for any of us to check in at any of the properties we stayed at. We have always shared a room as it's just been a place to sleep and move on.. ( 2 straight guys for the record) It seems for some reason the manager seems to think something was afoot and refused to allow my friend to check in even though I gave consent on the phone. Based on the manner in which we were treated we ended up just rebooking somewhere else. But more concerning was the snap baseless insinuation follows by emails made us feel very unsafe ( even though we were innocent) I WOULDN'T UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL if they can behave like this without any evidence. I would hate to think what the reaction would have been if they were right... because for some reason if 2 guys book a room for the night or couple of days then they MUST be gay. REALLY!!! how sad. I just want to say sometimes people are innocent of the labels or perceptions of others If in doubt just ask. My experience here was so unprofessional and strange it's scary. My advice stay away

Ankunftszeit war 20 Uhr, Gepäck erhielten wir 21.30 Uhr, im Hotel waren wir dann 23.00 Uhr. Dort angekommen bekamen wir leider ein um die Hälfte kleineres und sehr dunkles Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns, dass es das gebuchte Zimmer sei. Da es schon sehr spät war und wir sehr müde waren, nahmen wir das Zimmer erst einmal. So mussten wir dann gleich feststellen, dass die Dusche nicht in Ordnung war, es kam kaum Wasser. Am nächsten Morgen teilten wir das Ganze dem eher anmutendem Hostel als Hotel mit. Des Weiteren machte ich noch einmal darauf aufmerksam, dass wir ein anderes Hotelzimmer gebucht haben und zeigte den Mitarbeitern meine Buchung. Am Abend dann entschied man sich doch uns ein größeres Zimmer zu geben. Es schien so, als sei das Zimmer noch nicht ganz fertig gebaut. Es gab noch keinen Schrank und keinen Spiegel im Bad, purer europäischer Luxus, wir waren in Ghana angekommen. Dafür war die Klimaanlage nagelneu und der Flachbildschirm ebenso und das waren, wie wir heute wissen purer Luxus für Ghanaverhältnisse. Und für 2 Wochen aus dem Koffer leben, hier gar kein Problem.

Nap Lodge is a very good place to stay in Ghana. We felt very save. It`s clean and the people there are very friendly and the service is good. Don`t forget... he makes the best Lasagne in Ghana. Also the transefer from the airport to the hotel was included. I would stay there again, because we spent a good time there
