Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The facility is relatively unsafe in my opinion. The rooms are not smoking rooms but some occupants smoked the life out of the rooms until I can perceive it in my room. The operators knew about this and in one occasion, they had to open the main door to let out the smoke. In one occasion, some perceived guys made noise through out the night, smoking just outside our window. Though I commend the cleaning staff for dedication to service, I think the overall cleanliness of the facility is poor. I think the hotel staff can do better. The toilet floor is slippery, can easily get injured from a slip. I nearly slipped on one occasion. The night club music is too high that it vibrated my bed when I was sleeping. I could hardly sleep. Just to end here, I can say arguably that the hotel has no wifi. One has to literally always beg to be connected to the WiFi. Besides that the wifi service was still poor. Anyhow, I wish them well and I wish their services can improve because it will be nice to patronize our local businesses so that they don’t fold.
