Very disappointed with the check in and check out processes. It took me 3 hours the check in and 2 hours the check out and when I tried asking for all inclusive the next morning, I had to make another line for 1 hour… terrible to waste time in your vacations. Hotel and waiters were ok but the children’s water pod was dirty and in the Tobogan no one was looking at kids safety, anyone could use it and little kids might get hurt if no security standards are set. The Oxxo was ok but if you buy something there, then you cannot eat it or drink within the hotel areas… then why is is inside the hotel?

muy muy caro para el servicio que están dando, con todo y el esfuerzo que hacen, no había toallas al entrar a la habitación y hasta la noche , me las entregaron. El elevador muy mal, el cuarto le faltaba mobiliario, y el que les haya dado la idea de meter el closet al baño, mi ropa estaba toda húmeda, el extractor del baño ruidoso y sucio. Solucionen todo eso y quizá vuelva a hospedarme.
