Come home to this lovely 2BR apartment, where every area is spacious from the living room, to the kitchen and to every bedroom. You might not want to leave when everything you've ever desired is there at your fingertips. The unit boasts its beachfront views which you and your family will surely love!

It features a wide floor layout, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, top-of-the-line furniture, upscale aesthetics, and a tranquil décor. The enormous living room that welcomes you with a spacious L-shaped sofa and cozy throws will astound you from the moment you walk in. You would choose to unwind on the comfortable couch while admiring the pleasant views outdoors or watch your preferred movie on the big TV. The space includes an accent and countertop high-chairs, so there are plenty of places for your visitors to relax. The modern furniture gives the unit a serene & tranquil atmosphere.

There are three balcony accesses in this apartment. The two can be accessed through the living area with full beachfront views and one can be accessed to the master’s bedroom, in which it has a pool and partial beach views, which make this place a highlight. Enough outdoor furniture in all balconies are provided for that perfect lazy sunny afternoon or night relaxation.

Right next to it is a spacious dining area that has a rectangular timber wood table and upholstered dining chairs that can comfortably sit up to eight guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities, such as electric range hood stove, oven, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and other household accessories you might need. This unit features a huge and fully equipped modular kitchen, where you or an invited in-home chef can prepare 5-star meals.

There are 2 bedrooms and both of them are spacious and are equipped with king-sized beds, each fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows to ensure a sound sleep for everyone. Just in case you need to work or you have an important meeting with someone during your stay, the other room has a workspace that you can use or simply turn into your vanity space for your night out errands.

Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided in each bathroom for an absolute five-star experience.

The Neighborhood:
Mamsha Al Saadiyat in Saadiyat Cultural District promises to be a first-of-its-kind beachfront residential and retail destination, situated along 1.4 kilometers of white sandy pristine beach. The District, “Mamsha Al Saadiyat” is perfectly positioned to become a vibrant, cosmopolitan and inspirational address amongst Abu Dhabi’s social scene.

Close to the most world’s most iconic museums. A couple of these include the Louvre Abu Dhabi, one of the most popular tourist attractions in the emirate. Enveloped by the sparkling waters of the gulf, it is an aesthetic marvel that showcases contemporary art designs. This artistic icon is an art museum from inside, located 6-minutes away. Guggenheim Abu Dhabi is situated towards the northwestern end of Saadiyat Island, at a 5-minute drive.

It features the white sands of Soul Beach, deep blue ocean views and a promenade with gorgeous restaurants to choose from. There are so many spots to choose from at Mamsha Al Saadiyat, but no stress. Just breathe in that ocean air because we’ve got you covered with all the best places for a bite at Mamsha.

A branch of one of the best supermarkets in Abu Dhabi, Carrefour supermarket, is located on the ground floor of Mamsha Al Saadiyat. The French retailer is known to stock a wide variety of food and household items, clothes and other daily essentials. As for the supermarkets near Mamsha Al Saadiyat, Spinneys will be the nearest grocery stop in The Collection Saadiyat, only 10 minutes away. Lulu Express is situated in Al Zahiyah, taking approximately 14 minutes to reach via drive.

Mamsha Al Saadiyat enjoys a location close to the highway, which makes it easier to visit the facilities available in the neighbouring communities. These communities that surround the area include Shams Abu Dhabi on Al Reem Island and Al Zahiya and Al Mina, located towards the western end of Saadiyat Islands. Al Jubail Island is situated towards the east side of the community.

A bunch of malls near Mamsha Al Saadiyat are available - Al Mariah Mall, Yas Mall to name a few. You can enjoy a ton of outdoor activities in the community, such as beach sports, walking tracks, swimming pools, spa and beauty salons within the vicinity. Not to mention the clinics, hospitals, the closest option for emergencies and other medical facilities near Mamsha Al Saadiyat include Lakeshore Medical Center Abu Dhabi, at a drive of about 13 minutes.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are frequent around here to take you anywhere in Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi Taxi, Uber and Careem are also options for booking your private ride.

Food delivery apps or discover restaurants where you may dine out or get takeout, such as Zomato and Talabat. A perfect opportunity to support local restaurants while also discovering new places at which to dine.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Abu Dhabi via public transportation, Jacques Chirac St / Mamsha Al Saadiyat bus stop is the community’s own bus station at a walking distance from the complex. You can take bus 94 and travel to the main city. There are other bus stops near Mamsha Al Saadiyat and all of these stops are accessible within a 6-minute drive. Abu Dhabi Central Bus Station lies 22-minutes away from Mamsha Al Saadiyat, towards the south-west side.

Many things are accessible on foot as well (beaches, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies).

The fastest and easiest way from Abu Dhabi International Airport is by taxi (30min) away. Downtown Abu Dhabi lies 15-minutes away.

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app or simply download the DARB – Abu Dhabi app, which is particularly beneficial for using Abu Dhabi’s bus service, taxi services, on-street parking payments and the latest ferry timetable.
