Hotel was clean and parking was well lit, and is in a great location. Loved the room. Whoever finally decided to put the shower handle close to the entrance of the shower instead of under the shower head deserves a raise.

Stay was overall good. They do charge a non refundable $100 pet fee. If I had known this, would not have stayed here. We also booked for 4 people. Room had a couch that could not open all the way. (See photo)

Surprising new choice
Was in town for a quick stay to meet up with friends and family. I’ve been to Abilene many times over the years but this hotel was new to me. From the moment I walked in, every detail about the hotel was sparkling clean. Breakfast was great the next morning, with plenty of variety (and the biscuits and gravy was pretty amazing as far as hotel breakfasts go). Loved it and would definitely stay again!

New, super clean, modern and great design. The room was spacious , the beds are super comfortable, the bathroom was awesome, the closet spacious, the breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredibly nice and professional and ensured our stay was memorable. I highly recommend and will stay again

The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We originally had a suite with a king size bed and asked to change to a suite with a handicapped bathroom. They immediately found us a room like that and it was perfect . Nice , neat breakfast bar with multiple choices of

Drain in shower wouldn’t drain, using flashlight we discovered a massive wad of hair stuck that my husband had to pull out. It was absolutely disgusting. The lady at check in was rude, we mentioned ahead that we would have our dog and at check in we were greeted with “you do know we have a pet fee?” like yes I’m aware but no need to be rude about it or make it seem like I can’t afford it, her tone was awful.

Hotel was very nice and fairly new. Room was very clean and well appointed. I liked the things like USB and USB-C ports, bathroom nightlight, super comfortable bed and the kitchen was very nice. The heat and A/C control was a bit confusing. Included breakfast was fine.
