They called at 8.15 when we were 10 minutes away to tell us that they did not have a room and were canceling the reservation Trying to get a new reservation elsewhere was very difficult

This super 8 was very disappointing. Tge breakfast was nonexistent. No ice machines dirty carpet no security on hotel door no smoke detectors in the room elevator that sounded like it was on its last leg one towel in a two person room.

Room smelled awful. There was a water leak on the sink and the carpet was soaked. There were holes in the carpet and the walls looked bad from botched patch jobs.

They do not keep their word.. very dishonest

The room was filthy and bathroom toilet was leaking so we did not use the room, left completely. The manager said we could get a full refund but then through hotels.com they only refunded half and "decided not to charge us a cancelation fee". Dishonorable and shameful

First room we were placed in, toilet didn’t work. Second room they moved us to TV wouldn’t work and second room was literallly a physically tore up room. Front desk clerk said they would discount our rate due to all the issues. When we checked out, as far as we could see there had been no adjustment to the rate. She said I could call back at 11 pm today and speak with someone. Terrible service and terrible room!!!!

They hotel is one of the worst I've stayed at. The carpet stinks and look dirty, A/C is falling apart, curtain rod is destroyed and making it an eye sore and the cherry on top is that it smells like cigarettes and gives me constant headaches.
