Stop and get full of Great dinner.
Room ok but only 1 towel for 3 adults.
Made 3 attempts at desk to acquire additional towels. Pillows need an upgrade bad.
Busy motel. Possibly understaffed night manager. Some wear in room. Amazing food across the street at "Golden Chipstick'
made the average room and limited breakfast worth the stay.
I love Super 8 due to cleanliness and also very budget friendly. Well, this was the worst super 8 I've stayed at. Booked a two night stay. Immediately upon entering room I noticed a cockroach near the sink area. I let it go thinking it's just one big no big deal but boy was I wrong! Next thing I know I see them coming from behind wall decor, night stand etc. Called fromt desk and due to events in town the hotel was completely sold out and also nearby hotels also sold out. I managed to make it through the night. Spoke with front desk once again the next morning and advised them I would like to be moved to a different room or I can find another place. I moved rooms and was also offered an upgrade to a "suite"..I was guaranteed there would be no bugs and the reason the last room was infested was bc the previous person had the room for months at a time and they had noway for pest control to go in and spray. Not sure how true that is but I do not recommend. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
This place was horrible. We got to our room, and it was open. There were no towels, shampoo soap, and toilet paper. The bed had blood on the sheets. The comforter had holes in it. Had problems with the tv. Asked for a different room and was denied and disrespectful. We had to leave due to an emergency reason and was denied a refund the 4 days remaining. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. HAS FLEAS. They don't clean up the dog poop it was everywhere. Didn't fall safe in this hotel. The side door was broken, and anyone could just walk in. Will never return to this establishment.
Our room was very run down. The couch was badly stained and had tears in it. The toilet ran all the time. The elevator was filthy and smelled badly. For the breakfast they offered it was waffles but were out of syrup cereal but saw no milk. We went to ihop. We have stayed here many times in the past but it’s been a few years. It has really gone down hill. We won’t be back.
Room had a lot of trash under the pull out sofa. Sofa was disguising and tore up, refrigerator stained with what looked like coffee spills, had blood stains in places on bed and curtains that resemble bed bugs being there, put us in a smoking room instead of the non smoking that I requester and Wouldn’t give a discount because of room being that way.
There was no microwave in the room like it said. Couldn't take a bath because couldn't get the stopper to stay down and the water kept coming out. I can't take a shower because I have a leg amputation. It took forever for the water to get warm I ended up doing a sponge bath
When we checked in we were given a room that smelt like straight smoke. All the smoke detectors in the room were gone. Called the front desk lady didn’t believe me it seemed but switched our room. Only to find out the room we got was hot and gross. We were given a room right next to a proper exit as well where people were standing and smoking. There was no ac in the building. Windows and doors were open.
