Very nice, clean and friendly
Staff very friendly, can’t fault them. Room very nice and basic. Rooms across car park in separate building. Clean and basic, ok room. Floor in bathroom very squishy and uneven. Heating didn’t work and it was freezing. Lady on reception very kindly offered to come and look at it but we decided not to stay the night, not the hotels fault at all, but bad weather due at home so wanted to travel back before snow fell heavy.

Everything was perfect above our expectations will certainly return.The restaurant however was a great disappointment,and not up to the hotel standard . Consequently we would not use the restaurant on our next visit.

The staff were very polite and very helpful could do enough for us. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was the allergies menu was on the website. As I don’t bring my mobile out with me it took sometime to get the menu up. I don’t know why there isn’t a card with allergy's menu like the standard one.
