Not worth it to rent this place , bad smell no toilet paper in the toilet very noise When you saw this place on the site then it attract you as reasonable rate but after renting they will send you another invoice around 70GBP for cleaning and other charges

The location was perfect for our visit. We needed the kitchen and ability to do laundry. Out of town visitors might benefit from some explanation as to how to operate the facilities.

Nach der einfachen Buchung auf Expedia, war dann der weitere Ablauf eher kompliziert. Man bekam per Mail oder Whatsapp vom Vermieter noch Formulare zugeschickt, die man unterzeichnet zurückschicken sollte-ungewöhnlich und kompliziert. Bei Ankunft war der Schlüssel in einem Schlüsseltresor mit Zahlencode neben dem Eingang. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns genau richtig. Der Zustand der Unterkunft verdient den Namen "Instandhaltungsstau". Alles sehr alt, schmutzig und nicht stimmig eingerichtet. Also insgesamt eher ungemütlich-zum Schlafen und nicht Wohnen durchaus geeignet, dafür aber zu teuer im Vergleich zu anderen örtlichen Unterkünften. Der Kühlschrank im Wohnzimmer, Die Heizkörper zum Teil defekt. Man soll für eine Endreinigung zahlen, findet aber bei Einzug eine eher schmutzige Wohnung vor. Es lag überall Staub drauf, die Böden waren nicht sauber Haare waren im Waschbecken, das Klo war nicht sauber und das Geschirr in der Küche war nicht abgewaschen, sondern schmutzig im Schrank. Die Fenster ließen sich zum Teil gar nicht schliessen. Runtergewohnt ist eine Sache aber Sauberkeit eine Andere!
